This Sales & Refund Policy is applicable to YANGAROO INC. (“YANGAROO") www.yangaroo.com and sets out our policy on the gathering and use of information on this site ("Site") with respect to our DMDS Services (the “DMDS Service”).
Pay Per Use Fees
Given the nature of digital content and the services that YANGAROO provides to its customers, all fees charged are final and non-refundable. If you feel there’s been an error in billing, please contact memberservices@yangaroo.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Subscription Recurring Fees
YANGAROO’s “Pro Account” option is a recurring monthly or annual subscription fee. We’ll automatically bill you from the date you convert to a Pro Account and on each periodic renewal (monthly or yearly) until cancellation. You’re responsible for all applicable taxes, and we’ll charge tax when required to do so.
You may cancel your Pro account at any time via the Subscriptions section accessible after logging in. This section will show you when the next scheduled auto-renewal will occur. You can cancel up to the second before the next scheduled renewal without incurring the subsequent renewal payment. Charged subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. For example, users living in the European Union have the right to cancel their Pro Account subscriptions within 14 days of signing up for, upgrading to, or renewing a Pro Account.
Your Pro Account will remain in effect until it's cancelled or terminated under these Terms. If you don’t pay for your Pro Account on time, we reserve the right to downgrade it to the free-to-access account type.
We may change the fees in effect but will give you advance notice of these changes via a message to the email address associated with your account.
